I actually did it.
I actually just switched banks just so that I could get an iPod shuffle.
How sad is that?
I think I'll like it. I won't get the thing for 6-8 weeks (they mail it to you), but still, I think I'll like it. *g*
Now I just need to finish ripping all my music to my hard drive and build some "gym", "travel" and "walking" playlists so that I can load the Shuffle up easily once I get it. Fun!

To switch or not?
Jul. 5th, 2005 10:01 amOkay, now sad is it that I'm seriously considering changing banks, just so that I can get a free iPod shuffle? I don't even particularly want the Shuffle - not being able to pick your playlist is not exactly a selling point, for me - but I figure a free shuffle will keep me from spending $400-$500 on a 20G iPod, sometime in the next few weeks. I keep looking at them, and I'm getting closer and closer to justifying buying one...
I want something for the gym, and something easier to carry than my cd player for walking (since I'm doing a lot more walking) and, well, I guess I just want a new toy. *g*
So, I'm possibly switching to TD Canada Trust in the next few weeks. *g* I just have to go figure out their service charges and stuff like that...
