Can I have a do-over, please?

So far today I've:

• Woken up with a right wrist that doesn't want to bend in any direction. I think I may have fallen on it badly while cross country skiing yesterday


• Lost my comb, and instead had to use a hairbrush on my wet hair when I got out of the shower(ouch!)


• Broken the slidey top of my travel mug


• Spilled hot coffee all over my lap while driving into work. At least I didn't burn myself.

So, it's nine o'clock in the morning and I just wanna go back to bed and start again. Can I do that, please?

Unfortunately, the strained wrist I mentioned above probably means that I won't make it tonight.

It's starting to get seriously painful, and I have to get through the rest of the workday. Driving my standard car won't help, when I go home. I think I'll be icing the wrist and trying not to move it again until I have to. May even work from home tomorrow, if it's still like this.

Sorry! If it eases up & I can make it, I'll let you know.

Sorry I didn't make it either. I'm currently voiceless. Again. *sigh*
