Stuff done!

Although I'm not a big fan of being awake before 6 on a Saturday morning, being out of bed by 7 did give me time to get some stuff done today. For instance:

• I now have two pairs of winter boots, and they've even had a first coat of leather protection applied. The snow yesterday convinced me I couldn't keep putting that purchase off.


• I made it down to Lettuce Knit, and managed to pick up the final skein of yarn I'll need for the scarf/wrap I'm knitting. Now I just need to decide if I'll frog back the decrease rows I have done so that I can add extra rows in the middle to make it longer. I'll only need about an eighth of the ball I just bought to finish it off without lengthening it, and that seems...wasteful. *g*


• And the big news... I spent the first part of the morning (from 7:30 until about 10, so being up early helped) sewing together my Rogue sweater. It's finally done! I'll definitely post picture or two - I'll get Mike to take some this afternoon, once I get to Cambridge. Yay!

Y'know, it may be nice to get stuff done, but I'm pretty tired now. Hopefully tomorrow I'll actually sleep past daybreak. *g*
