The state of me...

So many good things going on...

• It's a beautiful sunshiny day, as was yesterday!


• I've got movers booked, so that's one less thing to worry about.


• I rented a PO Box this morning, so I can start thinking about re-directing mail there. I don't want to send it to the new apartment, since I may only be in that one for a month or two before one with the layout I prefer opens up, and I can move in.


• I'm hoping to get to Ad Astra, although it's not a given right now

And the truly good news of the day? Despite the fact that I can no longer drink cold water, it appears I don't need a root canal! This is good. *g*

I'm starting to worry about being ready to move by the 22nd, but I live in a fairly small apartment. How much can there be to do? Right?

Honestly, I don't think it can possibly take more than a weekend to pack you. Call it five or six evenings. Because I know how long it took to pack me and, hon, you don't have even 1/6th the stuff I've got. Really.

You do remember you help us move right? We had a two room and we had a lot to do, and a lot to move.

But you are getting rid of a lot of things so maybe it won't be so bad, on second thought I just remembered how hard it is to get cat from under bed, and wondered how many more places in your apartment are like the underside of your bed?

Sweetie - glad to hear that things are all going well for you.

If you need me to help you with anything, let me know. I'll have to drop by soon, ditch some unnecessary stuff on you so you can ,in turn, get rid of it, and pick up the breadmaker. What are your plans for next weekend?
