Super Size Me

I have just finished watching the documentary Super Size Me, and it leaves me with one overriding thought:
I am going to the gym on Monday. If not for the fact that I have plans tomorrow, I'd be going in the morning.

That is all.

(Pretty amazing stuff, by the way. Highly recommended.)
