Why did I do this again?

So I'm making a few calls, seeing if I can set up appointments to see apartments tomorrow. Somebody, please tell me why my stomach is one big knot? I can't get this stressed this early in the process, I can't. Why does calling people, just asking about availablity, stress me out so much? I am such a wimp.

I'm probably going to do the same thing I always do, and take the first place I see. The good thing is, the first appointment (or only actually - the other places I've called I either haven't heard back from, or I've gotten a curt "open house tomorrow" response) is for the upper level of an old Victorian house, and it sounds kinda cool. Laundry is shared between the 4 apartments in the house, but other than that, I think it might be okay. And it has a working fireplace!

Well, I guess I'll see how it goes.

Newfoundland Standard and Newfoundland Daylight.

St. John's to Vancouver in one day, so 5. (Newfoundland to Atlantic to Eastern to Central to Mountain to Pacific). The trip from St. John's to London, England actually crosses fewer. *g*

4. Which time zone(s) do most of your friends live in?
Probably Eastern

5. Which is the coolest time zone?
I happen to be partial to Newfoundland Double Daylight - they only did it one year, the year I turned 19. Since it didn't get dark until almost 11, the bars got to stay open until 3 am. Good times. *g*
