If I'm going to the gym in order to pick up and sign a membership cancellation form, I probably should get in a workout while I'm there, shouldn't I? I mean, I'm already there, fergoshsakes.

But I don't wanna work out!

(hunh - I just went looking for an exercise/fitness/weight loss icon, and realized I don't even have one of those. This says something about my attitude towards exercise, I think....)

You know that they're probably going to say something like, "According to your membership agreement, this cancellation will be effective sometime in the next two to four weeks," right?

So you've got plenty of time for self-flagellation. I mean elliptical training.

Well, they are the same thing, right?

Yeah, I know - that's why I'm canceling it now. I won't be moving for another 5 weeks, after all! *g*

And I figure I should take advantage of it while I'm there, at the very least. It's one thing to talk myself out of making the oh-so-long and difficult trip(*g*), but how on earth do I justify going and still not working out? I mean, sure, I still have blisters on my heels from last weekend, but that's no reason not to use the elliptical for a while, right? *g*

Go get yourself some moleskin or molefoam for over those blisters.
