The last two weeks...

Wow, I really don't post much, do I? I went to post an update, and realized I hadn't done one in weeks.
The wedding was wonderful. BabySis was radiant... So very, very happy. And, we actually managed to stay ahead of schedule for the picture-taking!
M met my Mom, and it seemed to go okay. He hit it off really well with my Brother-in-Law (BigSis's husband) and noted the similarity in BigSis & I both choosing men out Mom probably wouldn't approve of... He managed to handle the interrogations from both the hard-nosed cop (Dad's younger brother) and the fighter pilot's wife (Mom's Sister-in-law) with no fuss and bother. Yay!
M's car broke down around the corner from the church. He stopped for a bottle of water and snapped a transmission cable trying to start the car again. *sigh* So, he was a little late for the wedding, but he made it, and the car was fixed and ready to go on Monday, so that's all good.
Tuesday evening, I headed down to the crazysteve residence for Games night. It was another evening of good friends and lots of laughter. Today, I tried to get through the day without opening a web browser at work. I lasted until 2:30, and then broke down and logged into LJ. Man, I'm weak.
This weekend? Right now, I'm just waiting for my virus check to finish running so that I can shut down my computer. Apparently Torono Hydro is shutting off the power to my building for a couple of hours tonight, so I've actually got to power everything down before going to bed.
I'm gonna hit the gym tyomorrow, I swear I am.
And Sunday, I'm joiningcrystal_diva, twistedevotion, mycrazyhair, moonlight_mile, whynotsteve, not_matt, & texasbandit, along with lots of others, probably, for brunch at the Hot House before heading off to Cambridge to see M. The Hot House of Pride day is always fun - I swear, it's the best people-watching place in the city. *g*
