Is Wesley the woobiest woobie ever?

A few impressions out of tonight's episode:

• Wes remembers Lilah. Was that a screw-up on the writer's part? If he remembers her, then he should remember being in love with her, and so, what's he doing mooning over Fred again? I thought that they had just moved everyone back to where they were before Darla showed up, pregnant with Connor. In that case, the mooning over Fred made sense.


• Poor, poor Wes. He was absolutely convinced that he'd killed his father. We know that his relationship with his father wasn't the greatest - Billy made that clear - but killing him? How much guilt is he going to feel? How long is he going to angst?


• I did appreciate that Angel recognized that Wesley makes the hard decisions, and always does what he believes is right for the people that matter to him. I think we saw the beginnings of Angel truly forgiving Wes for taking Connor, even if Wes isn't aware of it.

Wow, three entries in one day. This is flat-out weird.
