Weekend stuff

I had a pretty good weekend, actually, made better by the fact that Mike made it into town Saturday evening rather than Sunday morning as was originally planned, and then stayed until this morning. I've got a feeling I'll be seeing a lot of him this summer, which is a Good Thing for me. *g* Not so great for him, since it's because he's not working, but it'll be good to see him more than just a day and a half out of a week.

Other good things:

• My window boxes are now filled with pansies, impatiens, and marigolds. I love having colour on my balcony. Another few weeks, and there'll be lots of colour out there.
  
• Raspberry-chocolate martinis. *g*
  
• Mike's truck wasn't towed last night. A very good thing, since I'd forgotten to call in for the visitor's parking registration for the extra night.
  
• Cuddling on the couch. Sunday night TV - I mock Trailer Park Boys as he's watching, he mocks Crossing Jordan as I watch. I think I win. *g*
  
• Having dinner made for me (or, at least, in the process of being made) when I got home from work yesterday. The homemade bruschetta was killer.
  

The Torcon AGM (the Toronto Worldcon Committe Annual General meeting) on Saturday was...interesting. It was, as I expected it to be, fairly tense. The next one, in June, will probably be even more so. If I post more, it'll have to be locked, so I think that's all I'll say for now.
