New Project

Well, I've ordered myself a kit for the Rogue hoodie sweater, in red heather (thanks to much_ado for the original link!). It'll be interesting to see if I can pull off the cables around the hood, though. I'm sure I can knit it - it's sewing/grafting it all together afterwards that's got me a little worried.

Anyway, I guess I"ll have a new project sometime within the next couple of weeks - just in time for it to get too hot to knit with wool. *g* I just hope this won't take me over 2 years, like the last sweater I knit.

Wow, that's an awesome sweater. I'm not usually tempted by anything bigger than a hat, but that's definitely enticing. Good luck!

I hadn't seen it before, but it definitely looks cool. Lots of links to patterns and tips, and doing things in unusual wools. It looks like a cool place. *g*

Well, I wasn't going to be working on it over the summer anyway, since it's too hot to have a blanket over my legs all the time. You were going to be waiting until fall, on way or the other. *g*

I will finish it, though. I promise. *g*
