First visit to the gym, for December.
As some of you may know,
mycrazyhair and I have a bet on to see you can make the most useful trips to the gym (walking through the doors doesn't count *g*) in the month of December. More Details?
Anyway, I thought I would note my visits in my LJ, just so that there's an easy way to keep track. I'll lock most of these away, but if you're interested in my progress, let me know and I'll add you to the group. *g*
I made it this morning. I did 30 minutes of cardio, 30 minutes of weights, and 100 crunches. The cardio was at a much lower level than it used to be when I was going to the gym three times a week (about 2 years ago), but I did it. Yay!
